An alumni of Penn State University, Elly began her recruiting career in 1986,
specializing in the banking industry with the New York-based Executive
Search firm of Ethan Allen. After obtaining the coveted Certified Personnel Consultant designate, Elly relocated to the Philadelphia area in 1992.
Elly joined a small King of Prussia start-up called Accounting Pros, where for eight years she managed the temporary staffing for the flagship office of what grew into a Nationwide firm.
In 2000, Elly joined The Preston Group and soon after launched the temporary
staffing division that is today Preston Plus. Her legion of temporary
accountants soon found her new home, and her new clients soon realized what her old clients already knew: "If you want solid, reliable accounting temporaries, call Elly." And a success story was begun.
